Nepali porter Bhim Bahadur Atakari has worked with Dr. Farooq Azam for many years helping to install technical monitoring equipment in the Himalyas. And although he doesn’t consider himself to be a “scientist” he has extensive knowledge of climate change having observed first-hand the transformations in the environments in which he lives and works.
